Contributions to New Yorkers for Growth will only be refunded if such contribution was made in error by the contributor and the organization has been notified via letter. within seven (7) days of the purported error. Such letter shall be addressed to: New Yorkers for Growth, P.O. Box 4552, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866. The letter shall explain the basis for believing such contribution was in error and any other information pertinent to the matter. Contributors understand that the purpose of New Yorkers for Growth is to make contributions to candidates for public office pursuant to the New York State election law and that refunds, if accepted, may not be immediately forthcoming as such funds may have already been expended consistent with the purposes of the organization.
