NEW YORK - New Yorkers for Growth, a political action committee dedicated to fiscal responsibility and economic growth, today announced its endorsement of Dave Knapp for Assembly in the 121st District which includes part of Onondaga County.
Carla Kerr, a founding director of New Yorkers for Growth, said, "We're endorsing David because he agrees that the school property tax situation in Onondaga County and throughout New York State is out of control. We also recognize that he has a record in local government that supports his positions and a history of community involvement."

David Knapp is a graduate of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and of the U.S. Army Air Defense School. He was honorably discharged as a Captain in the U.S. Army having been awarded the Army Commendation Medal and the Army Achievement Medal. David also has private-sector business experience in the medical industry and has been a LaFayette Town Councilman since 1999. He and his wife Donna have three children: Devon, 14, Shannon, 12, and Oliver, 10.
