New Yorkers for Growth Demands that Attorney General Andrew Cuomo
FINALLY INVESTIGATE Working Families Party
Amid New Allegations of Fraud and Corruption

New York Post Reports: WFP Employe Directed to Break the Law

Today's New York Post article highlighting new allegations of fraud and corruption within the Working Families Party demands full investigation by the Office of New York State Attorney General Andrew Cuomo (D-I), the fiscal reform group New Yorkers for Growth today said. In the article, a WFP employee reportedly is directed by his superiors to falsify petition signatures; collect money and signatures in "no trespassing" buildings while being paid by the supposedly defunct and illegal for-profit - Data and Field Services Corporation - arm of the WFP.

"The taxpayers of New York pay Andrew Cuomo to serve as Attorney General; we do not pay him to run for Governor. He must honor his duties and investigate these serious reports of illegalities," said Liz Feld, New Yorkers for Growth spokesman. "If Mr. Cuomo really wants to 'clean up Albany' he can start now by investigating the WFP."

New Yorkers for Growth, a political action committee dedicated to elected fiscally responsible New Yorkers to state and local office, has been calling on Attorney General Andrew Cuomo to investigate the WFP for over a year.
